If you take the first line of management, or if you are or wish to become a Team Leader, Supervisor or Coordinator, this qualification is directed at you.

The Certificate IV in Leadership and Management acknowledges the skills and expertise of Managers and Supervisors in the workplace and applies to a wide range of industries and organisational types.

During this course participants will further develop and formalise their skills in providing leadership and guidance to staff, promoting a team environment, complying with and implementing WHS requirements, and more.

Students will learn to:

  • Show leadership in the workplace
  • Implement operational plan
  • Implement and monitor WHS policies. procedures and programs to meet legislative requirements
  • Promote team effectiveness

This course will have 1 day per month face to face workshop (9am-3pm) for 10 months with homework between each session.

Cost:                $1830 per person based on minimum of 8 people in the group. Payment plans are available !

Tamworth Community College RTO 90095 will conduct the training and assessment and will be the issuing RTO. Their nationally recognised qualifications are delivered by industry experienced and qualified tutors. Tutors are dedicated to supporting participants throughout their training and ensuring you develop skills and knowledge that will benefit you in the workplace.
